The high speed probes are the ones which can measure the flue gas and temperature levels inside the boiler via the 1¾" ports. They are manufactured by the temperature and wear resistant 304 and 316 stainless material.
The HVT probes consist of:
- v A. Chicago type fittings for air and water inlet
- Aspirator
- Radiation shield
- Fixing support
- K type 304 thermocouples
- Globe valves of high quality
- Sampling tube
- HVT probes
The HVT probes also possess a pipe for usable samples in other analyzers (O2, CO, NOX etc).
You can measure, follow and characterize continuously the flue gas and temperature levels via the HVT high speed thermocouple kits. Thus you can analyze whether or not there is a problem due to the air leakages inside the boiler.
